The secret to starting a new habit is to start off small. Don’t try to eat the whole elephant in one bite. Don’t try to walk five miles on your first attempt to get back into shape. Maybe do a couple jumping jacks at first to get the habit to stick and then work your way up to running a marathon. Make the task uber easy and then you’ll most likely stick with it. Make it two hard and it will take too much effort to keep going.
